Ordering from Creative Creations is simple - you can order:-

All orders will be despatched between 3-5 working days.

We store no bank details relating to orders placed online at www.pixel-art.co.uk. All payments are processed via our internet payment provider.

All bank details which we take over the telephone or receive by post are processed as soon as the details are taken. The only information we keep is the merchant debit/credit card transaction receipt. All other information is destroyed. Please note that the Merchant receipt does not contain the name of the cardholder or cardholders address.

All card transactions are subject to validation checks which are authorised by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise your payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and or non delivery of your order. We will endeavour to contact you if we do have trouble.

Please note:- Many of our items do not fit through a standard letter box so if you would like to use an alternative delivery address please make this known when ordering otherwise your parcel might be forwarded by your postman to your local sorting office for collection.

How to Order Online:-

Ordering online at www.pixel-art.co.uk is an easy process. Please follow the instructions below and your items will be delivered to an address of your choice.

1. Sign In or Register your account with us.
2. Choose your items by clicking on the picture, product name or buy now buttons this will show you more information about your chosen item.
3. When you are happy with the product you have selected click on the Add to Cart button. This will take you to the shopping cart where you can add or remove items, checkout or continue shopping. To increase an item amount or decrease an item amount type the correct number you require in the quantity box of the item and then click the update button, this will then update the information. To remove items please select the remove button at the beginning of the item and then click update cart. To continue shopping please click the Continue shopping button this will take you back to the page you was last on. To find other products please use the navigation bar to the left of your screen.
4. You can check your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart contents link in the upper right hand corner of your screen. When you are happy you have everything you need you can then proceed to the checkout. You can find the link to the checkout in the upper right hand corner of your screen or in the shopping cart page.
5. Click on the checkout button you will then be asked to sign in if you are a registered customer or register if you are a new customer. This page will only appear if you have not already signed in. When signed in you will be shown the details of your order in the delivery information page.
6. You will then be able to select your address or choose an alternative delivery address. You will also be shown your postage and packaging costs. When you have finished click continue and you will be taken to the Payment Information page.
7. You are now ready to select your preferred payment method. Please note if choosing to pay by phone or cheque we will not be able to despatch your order until we have received your payment. If paying using Paypal please follow the on screen prompts.
8. Click continue and you will then be shown your Order Confirmation please check names and addresses and also your products. Please click ‘confirm order’ and your order will be processed.

How to Order By Email:-

If placing an order by email please include the full description and code of any items you would like to order and include any colour details for frames. We will also need your full name and address, a contact number and any other information you think we need to know ie, how you would like to pay and a time to call etc. This will enable us to contact you if there are any queries and to send your order promptly. Please do not leave any payment details as this is not secure and for your protection we do not recommend it. If ordering a Bespoke picture please indicate roughly the size you have in mind for the finished kit to be.

How to Order By Phone:-

When ordering by phone please have to hand your full name and address including postcode and or alternative delivery address, a telephone number, email address. This will enable us to contact you if there are any queries and to send your order promptly. We will also require your order including codes and or item description, and your payment details if paying by debit/credit card.

How to Order By Post:-

When ordering by post please include your full order including product codes and descriptions and if ordering frames, frame colour and mountboard colour details. Please also include your name and full address including postcode in block capitals. A contact number and email address if available. This will enable us to contact you if there are any queries and to send your order promptly. If including a Bespoke photograph please indicate which size you have in mind for the finished kit to be and note any specific colours ie, suit or school uniform.

Ordering Bespoke Kits

If you are enquiring about our besoke service, please let us know what size you would like the finished product to be so we can work out the cost for you. Bespoke prices include the cost of the pattern, instructions, baseplate(s), pixel colours and a small additional handling/design fee. You can post your pictures to us using a padded envelope for your protection (photographs are to be no larger than A4 size and flat not rolled up, if you have a picture larger than A4 there will be an extra additional service charge to cover extra time and costs). Alternatively you can send them to us via email in jpeg format as an attachment. We can email you examples of sizes etc, showing detail and colour. This will enable you to choose which size suits you best. All photographs will be returned to you when we post your kit. For more information please see our Besoke Information page. If ordering a bespoke kit online we advise that you email or post us your picture so that we can show you what your picture will look like when complete and so you can double check you are happy with the size. When you know you are happy with your choice you can then purchase the item as normal.
