At Creative Creations our aim is to safeguard the privacy of our website, visitors and customers and maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Our Privacy Statement outlines how we safeguard any information we require from our customers, how it is stored and used.

Information we collect

We only collect information from you when you send an enquiry, register with our site, join our mailing list or place an order. We need to collect certain information so we can process your enquiry or order, notify you of receipt and despatch of your order. Or send you information you require.

The only information we collect personally is your name, full address, contact number and where applicable email address.

When ordering online all debit/credit card details are dealt with solely by our Payment Provider who will not use your details other than processing your order.

When paying over the telephone with your debit/credit card your details are entered straight into our Chip and Pin Terminal and are processed by our Merchant Account Provider. The only part of your card details we then store is the merchant receipt print off which contains no name or address. From time to time security is updated and more and more questions are asked, this is at the discretion of our Merchant Account Provider and can vary between cards, we have no control over information required in this circumstance.

How we use your information

Your information we collect is used in the following instances:-

• For despatching your order
• For Internal record keeping – name and address database only
• For improving our products and services
• Monthly product sales collation

Sending promotional information such as Newsletters, catalogues, special offers or other information relating solely to Creative Creations and its products or services. You have the right to unsubscribe to our mailing list if required at any time

Our website, similar to most others, collects general statistics on how our visitors and customers use our website, which pages they look and what products they are interested in. The data collected does not identify individuals and any data collected by our server will be used exclusively for the purposes of administering the website, improving your experience as a website visitor and enabling the services provided by the website to run efficiently.

Security

We are dedicated to offering our customers a secured service. No information is transferred from one source to another and only the registered partners of the business have access to stored data.

We do not pass any information to third parties.

We store no bank details of orders placed on line. These are processed via our Internet Payment Provider.

We do not have access to your passwords or other confidential details we advise you to keep these in a safe place separate to your card details and or address.

We do not sell, lease or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Bespoke Security

We keep no record of your photographs or patterns within our bespoke system after six weeks of receiving your photographs either by email or by post. Photographs are scanned or downloaded into a temporary bespoke folder which only Creative Creations have access to. We keep a copy of scans and patterns for 6 weeks in case of an error in the pattern, loss of pattern or another kit being required by the specific customer). We then delete all email files and temporary pc files. All photographs are returned by post with your final order. We do not pass on photographs or other information to other companies and or agencies.

Control

We do not send random emails and you will always have the option to be removed from our mailing list if required either by our online form, emailing us at sales@pixel-art.co.uk or by post.

Please remember to update us with your any important changes to your name or address at your earliest convenience to protect your personal security.
