Prices

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£). Postage costs are not included in our product price. Please see our postage price list for prices.

It may be necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Pricing and product details are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and product details without notice.

All listed bespoke prices are for kits supplied from images of A4 size and below. An additional charge will occur if the photographs or images supplied are larger than A4 size and require photocopying to resize them. This cost will be kept to a minimum and will be added to your bespoke order. We are happy to give an approximate cost for the additional price on request.

Payment

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£).Payment can be made online where we have Paypal check out either with a Paypal account or by debit, credit card. Or phone where we accept all major debit/credit cards. Please do not send card details by email as this is not secure. You can either telephone us with your details or we can telephone you at an agreed time. We also accept Paypal with payment to be made to sales@pixel-art.co.uk. If you would prefer to send us a Postal order or cheque please make it payable to Creative Creations. Your order will be despatched once payment has been received. Please note we do not accept E-Cheques.

All card transactions are subject to validation checks which are authorised by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise your payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and or non delivery of your order. We will endeavour to contact you if we do encounter any problems.

Despatch and Delivery

We aim to process and despatch all orders within 3-5 working days.  If at peak periods this is not possible we will contact you by email or telephone to give you an expected date. All our items are despatched Via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. If you are placing a large order you will need to be present for delivery otherwise your parcel will be forwarded to your local sorting office by your postman. Alternatively if you would like your parcel delivered to another address please state this with your order.

If your order is lost or has been damaged in transit, please let us know promptly and follow the procedure for lost or damaged items.

Lost Or Damaged Items

We would like our customers to be happy with their orders however from time to time items can get lost or damaged. If you have a lost or damaged item please follow the details below and we will either refund or replace your item for you.

Lost Parcels

Parcels do occasionally go missing or are delivered to a wrong address. If you have an item that has not turned up within 10 days of you placing your order please contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding it for you. If you could take the name and number of the representative that you speak to it will help us process your enquiry faster. If the sorting office do not have your parcel please contact us and we will look into it from our side, please have your name and address at hand when you contact us or your sorting office and also your order number. We can then send you out a replacement.

Damaged Items

If an item is delivered and it is damaged please contact us within 24 hours and tell us how and where it is damaged. We will also need to know the quantity and correct size of the item and your name and full contact details and order number. We will despatch a new item immediately (please do not return items without contacting us first)

Missing Pixels

All our kits are checked for the correct colours and amounts before packaging, however from time to time errors can occur as all kits are picked and checked by hand. Some pixels can become detached in the packaging and all designs contain additional quantities to ensure you have enough to complete the design and to cover this. However if you are missing a whole square please contact us with the colour and quantity and we will send you a replacement.

Returns

If your order is lost or has been damaged in transit, please let us know promptly and follow the procedure of lost or damaged items.

Notification of dissatisfaction with any product should be notified to us as soon as possible or within 24/48 hours. Returns should be in their original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent promptly with their returns slip completed in full stating order number, contact details and a reason for their return. When the item arrives we will review the condition of the goods and if satisfactory we will issue a refund or replacement.

We will not be able to refund the cost of you returning the item to us.

Bespoke (personalised) items are non returnable once they have been agreed to by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
