We have had many people come to us who have attempted to have the same photograph converted elsewhere and in different craft mediums which have not been successful. They were extremely happy with our results, some also saying that our kit is better than the original photograph.

When ordering a bespoke kit, please let us know what size you would like your finished kit to be. Please also include all necessary details such as postal address, telephone number and/or email address. If your photograph includes a uniform, gown or suit, let us know the exact colour of the original e.g. black, brown navy etc. This makes it easier to give you an accurate good quality kit.

We can look at your picture/photograph and send you an image in 1 or 2 size options to see if you like the design before we send you your kit. Please note that these images will not be as refined as your finished kit and are only for basic approval.

We return all photographs with the kits in their original condition, and we keep no record of your photograph or kit patterns within our system after six weeks of you receiving your goods. All preparation evidence is destroyed for your protection.

Ordering Bespoke Kits

If you are enquiring about our besoke service, please let us know what size you would like the finished product to be so we can work out the cost for you. Bespoke prices include the cost of the pattern, instructions, baseplate(s), pixel colours and a small additional handling/design fee. You can post your pictures to us using a padded envelope for your protection (photographs are to be no larger than A4 size and flat not rolled up, if you have a picture larger than A4 there will be an extra additional service charge to cover extra time and costs). Alternatively you can send them to us via email in jpeg format as an attachment. We can email you examples of sizes etc, showing detail and colour. If ordering a bespoke kit online, please email or post us your picture so that we can show you what your picture will look like when complete and provide reference numbers for your designs. When you are ready to purchase, please enter the relevant reference number in the 'Comments' field as you complete your order.
